Welcome to the Rockbridge Pieceworkers Quilt Guild!
We are a diverse group of quilters of varying skill levels, from beginner to advanced. We meet monthly to increase our quilting skills and to share our knowledge and enthusiasm of the craft with other quilters. Many of our meetings feature special demonstrations, speakers and workshops, as well as everybody's favorite, Show and Tell. We plan retreats, sponsor quilt shows, and create and donate quilts for charitable causes.Monthly Meetings
Please join us! We usually meet on the second Saturday of the month at 9:30 AM. Come early for coffee and light refreshments. However, our February meeting will be on Friday evening, Feb. 10th at 7:00 pm at the Virginia Horse Center. After a brief business meeting there will be a Trunk Show by Kevin Womack. On Saturday Kevin will conduct a workshop (see Newsletter for more information) which requires pre-registration and a fee of $25.00.Membership
The RPQG welcomes new members. Membership is $20 annually, due in January, and entitles the member to reduced workshop and retreat fees, our monthly newsletter, and access to our gifted mentors. Membership applications are available at all monthly meetings or can be obtained from the webmistress.Membership information is not available online. All members receive a membership list each spring and are responsible for updating their own lists with information shared at the meetings and in the newsletter.
